Who we are
Devpremise is an independent digital product and growth studio. In this policy, “Devpremise,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and the recipient of inquiries sent to info@devpremise.com.
This policy applies to this website and communications you choose to send through it. A separate agreement may govern information processed during a client engagement.
Information we receive
We receive information you provide voluntarily, including when you email us or use the project inquiry form. This may include your name, email address, company, project type, budget range, timeline, and anything you include in your message.
The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the completed form in a Devpremise database before that email is sent.
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website.
We also use analytics technologies to understand how people use the website. Analytics information may include pages viewed, entry and exit pages, clicks and other interactions, navigation paths, time spent, visit frequency, referring websites or campaigns, browser and operating system, device type, screen size, language, session or cookie identifiers, and approximate country, region, or city derived from an IP address. We do not use analytics to determine your precise GPS location.
We do not intentionally configure analytics to capture the contents of project inquiries, passwords, or other text you type into form fields.
How we use information
We use personal information only where it supports a clear business purpose:
- To reply to inquiries and assess whether we are a good fit for a project.
- To prepare proposals, take steps toward a contract, and deliver requested services.
- To maintain business records, protect the website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To count visits, understand audience locations and behavior, identify useful or confusing journeys, and improve website content and performance.
- To measure the effectiveness of referrals and campaigns using aggregated or de-identified reporting where practical.
Depending on where you live and how the analytics technology operates, our legal basis may be your consent or our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website. We request consent before enabling non-essential analytics where applicable law requires it. Other processing may rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or compliance with law.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the communication and applicable requirements.
Analytics event-level data is retained only for the period reasonably needed to measure trends, troubleshoot the site, and create reports. The exact period may depend on the analytics provider and our configuration. Aggregated or de-identified reports that no longer reasonably identify a visitor may be kept for longer.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive credentials or confidential material through an initial inquiry.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents may also have rights to know, correct, or delete covered information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Devpremise does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may also object to analytics processing or withdraw analytics consent at any time where those rights apply. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
To make a request, email info@devpremise.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. Exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will appear here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact Devpremise at info@devpremise.com. You may also contact the privacy or data protection authority where you live.
